Joel W. Brodd is a personal injury trial lawyer and a vigorous and compassionate advocate who has represented injured people for the past 44 years, having successfully resolved hundreds of significant, serious personal injury and product liability cases in Wisconsin, Minnesota and throughout the upper Midwest.
Joel has tried over 50 cases to verdict, including auto collisions, product liability and premises liability cases.
Joel is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a graduate of Trial Lawyers College-2022. Joel has been awarded the highest AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Joel is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Minnesota Association for Justice, Public Justice Foundation and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Wisconsin and Minnesota. He often accepts referrals from other attorneys to represent their clients.
